Happiness

Today's photo challenge was a picture of happiness. Sadly, I was extremely busy getting back to school, and working though a mess of my costume room, left to a organized, but not very experienced friend. The one thing that lifted my spirits today was dance. Usually, by dance, I am exhausted. Today was different. I felt really happy and my mood was definitely happier. I will try to get a picture tomorrow! Wish me luck!

Last week I was surrounded by some of the biggest smiles I have ever seen. I was lucky enough to spend the week with my cousins, and family who I hardly ever get to see. They were all smiles, and we had more fun than I'd had in a very long time. We went shopping (SHOES!), ate tons and tons of delicious food, and celebrated lots of birthdays. I cannot wait to visit them again but first, I need a break from the screams of hide and go seek tag, and hyperness of little girls eating chocolate cake.

I found this on Pinterest, and I think it is a really good idea. This program lets you select how long you want to work out, and which muscle group and it gives you a set of exercises to do for thirty seconds. A buzzer sounds, and the exercise changes. This program is available on Andriod, iPhone, and on their website. I am totally trying this! It sounds fun, and it shows you how to do the exercises, which I can never figure out. I love the fact that it gives you something different to do every thirty seconds so you never get bored. I will post a review soon!

Photo Challenge Day One: Favorite Food (Sort Of)

Challenge One: Favorite Food. 

My favorite food is ice cream, although, I don't really think it is considered a "food". Tonight we had root beer floats, and they were absolutely delicious. I love how the root beer freezes to the ice cream and creates root beer flavored ice cream, creamy and delicious. Now on to day two: A Smile.
